I hereby declare that the proposal to establish a Business Improvement District (BID) in Hainault Business Park  Renewal is approved , a majority of the business ratepayers in the proposed BID area who voted , voted in favour of the proposal, both by numbers voting and aggregate rateable value.

The BID Board would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the members for their support during the  last 5 years and we look forward to carrying on with our work in the future years ahead. The Ballot result is amazing at a very difficult time for all businesses  , we understand that it is possibly one of the best returns percentage wise  ( 96% in favour) within the whole of the UK.
