NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,

On behalf of the Directors of Hainault Business Park Ltd, I am pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Hainault Business Park Ltd.

Date: 14th July 2026 

Time: 10.00

Venue: HPC Lounge 43-49 Fowler Road IG6 3FF

This AGM will also provide an update on the first year of the new BID term following the successful renewal ballot and outline key projects planned through to 2031.

The AGM provides an opportunity for members to receive an update on the activities and performance of Hainault Business Park BID during the past year, review the Company’s financial position, hear about projects planned for the coming year and raise any questions directly with the Board.

If you are unable to attend but would like a matter raised at the meeting, please submit your question in writing before the AGM.

The Directors would like to thank all businesses, landlords and stakeholders for their continued support throughout the past year. The successful BID renewal has provided a strong platform for future investment and improvement, and we look forward to sharing our plans with you.
