Venue:  Redbridge Sports Centre, Jean Brown Building, TVA Room, Forest Road, Ilford IG6 3HD (Please note the Jean Brown Building is at the back of the complex).

Sean will be undertaking a brief presentation of the work that St Francis Hospice do and how you could become involved in some fundraising ideas for this very supportive charity.

In addition there will be light refreshments and plenty of networking opportunities to help increase your business in these though economic times.  If you have any ideas of topics that you would like covered in future meetings please respond to this email.
