As detailed in the BID Proposal document, the BID will be managed directly by the Hainault BID Company, which will be a legal entity with elected directors and company secretary, answerable to the businesses within the business park.
The BID Company will comprise only of resident businesses and it is essential that the BID Company represents all businesses within the business park.
Therefore, every business will be written to with regard to the formation of the BID Company and it is hoped that a number of businesses will wish to become involved.
The BID Board will essentially take the role of the current Hainault Business Partnership with members coming primarily from businesses within the business park and other stakeholders, such as representatives from; Redbridge Council, the Metropolitan Police, Hainault Forest High School, the Industrial Estates Project and any other local organisations with links to the business park.

The Building Research Establishment (BRE) have been appointed by the Industrial Estates Project on behalf of the Hainault Business Partnership to carry out an extensive crime study of the Business Park and submit proposals for security and Safety Improvements. Full information will be available in due course.
The Hainault Business Park BID Proposal Document
The BID Proposal document was successfully launched at an event on Wednesday 16th November 2005 at SAFT Power Systems in Peregrine Road.
It was very encouraging that so many businesses managed to take the time to attend the event, discuss the BID with other resident businesses and listen to Cllr Alan Weinberg show his support for the BID and read a pre-prepared statement from the leader of Redbridge Council, Cllr Laurence Davies.
